Why are the pajamas being recalled?

Under federal standard for the flammability of children’s sleepwear, all children's sleepwear garments sold in sizes larger than nine months must be either flame resistant or tight-fitting. These pajama sets fail to meet the tight-fitting sizing requirements, posing a risk of burn injury.  


Can I choose to keep the pajamas?

Unfortunately, you cannot keep the pajamas. You must either destroy the garment or return the garment to us. Your loved one’s safety is our top priority. 


Will I get a refund?

Yes, we will offer refunds and a 20% discount code once we receive the pajama set at our warehouse or receive documentation from you (i.e., photos or video) showing the destroyed garment.


How do I destroy the garment?

You can destroy the garment by cutting the top and bottom in half. Once the garment is destroyed, you can send a photo of it to support@copperpearl.com to receive your full refund. 


Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Nope! Our team will help get you a return shipping label if you email us at support@copperpearl.com. Please include your return shipping address when emailing.


What if the pajamas are worn/washed?

That’s okay! We will still take the product back.
