We ship from American Fork, Utah. For orders within the United States, transit time is about 5-7 days after carrier pickup. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the country. Please note that these are just estimates and there may be unforeseen delays with our carriers that could extend the general timeline.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option for expedited shipping.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Taiwan.
For shipping to Europe, including the United Kingdom, please visit our European website at www.copperpearl.eu. Our warehouse in Europe is based outside of Dublin, Ireland.
Shipping costs vary to each country, depending on the weight of the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
We typically ship international orders via DHL. When an order arrives to your country, DHL transfers the order to your local postal provider for them to do the final delivery. When your DHL tracking reflects this, you can start tracking it via your local postal provider with the USPS Int’l or local postal provider tracking ID that is listed on the right side of DHL’s tracking.
Copper Pearl is not responsible for any duty or customs fees incurred on an order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have a lost or missing order and have Route Shipping Insurance on your order, you can file a claim directly with Route at https://www.claims.route.com and they will be able to assist you. However, for orders that have not been received, Route requires 7 days without a tracking status update (or 20 days for international orders) before being able to file a claim.
Copper Pearl is not responsible for lost or unreceived orders resulting from address entry errors made by a customer.
As long as an item hasn’t been used or washed, you can return or exchange your products. You can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or 90 days for an exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment error on our part. Please email email@example.com to set up a return.
Copper Pearl has a relentless focus on quality and believes all of our products conform to the highest quality standards in the industry. If a product is defective, it is covered by our 6 month limited warranty. If you experience any quality issues outside of normal wear and tear, please email your order number and a picture of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you purchased a product of ours from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly to return the item.
Areas not covered by our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (pilling, wear holes, snags on the fabric)
- Accidental damage resulting from customer use
- Stains from customer use (spit up, etc.)
- Warehouse sale items
